The MCD 3000 Remote Control Panel
incorporates a serial communications facility that allows for the
remote control and interrogation of the MCD 3000 in a way
that closely resembles the operation of the control panel on the MCD3000
device. With the Remote Control Panel, users can control
the connected MCD 3000 device – start, stop, reset trip
conditions and read operational status, motor conditions or trip
codes. An advanced model is also
available that has a second mode of operation. This mode
displays similar information as to the before mentioned
operation mode, but obtains the information by listening to the
serial communication between a MCD 3000 device and a master.
This master could be a bridge / gateway onto a different
network.
